Where we ship from: BrainForge products ship from a US warehouse — not from overseas. That means faster, more predictable delivery than typical dropshipping.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
International orders: We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Refunds
30-day return window. Not happy with your order? Return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
How to start a return: Email us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
Condition: Products must be unopened and in original packaging — opened sachets/containers can only be returned if damaged or defective.
Return shipping: Paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — then we cover it and send a replacement or refund, your choice.
Refund timing: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
